Chinmaya Vidyalaya Vasant Vihar orgainsed its computer symposium Brain-o-Brain 2007 on 6th and 7th November. Results of Brain-o-Brain 2007 in are as follows:

There was no overall trophy as such. If there was one, then we would have won it as we were the leading scorers in the overall scenario.

There will be a meeting of ALL Exun members on Thursday, the 8th of November for finishing up all the preparation for Exun 2007 that is on the 10 th and 11th of November.

Timings: 7:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M.*

Also note that you MUST be in school uniform and reach the school on time. Upon reaching school, please report to the Web Resource Centre for further instructions.

1. Topic will be given during the time of competition
2. Clips will be provided
3. Students will create a website on the topic given in HTML
4. Photoshop 6.5 will be provided

2. Group Discussion (6th November 2007)

Eligibility: IX to XII

1. One speaker from each school
2. Topic and Rules will be announced on the spot
3. 5 teams will qualify from the first round for the final round

3. MS. Paint (6th November 2007)
No. of Participants:-2
Eligibility: IV & V

1. Topic will be given during the time of competition
2. Clips will be provided

4. Quiz (6th & 7th November 2007)
No. of Participants:-2
Eligibility: IX above

1. Quiz based on computers and technology
2. 6 teams will qualify from the written preliminary round for the final on stage round

5. Gaming (6th & 7th November 2007)
Eligibility: Open for any class

1. One participant from each school
2. Rules will be announced on the spot

6. Programming in “C++” or “Visual Basic” (7th November 2007)

1. Two Questions to be solved either in “C++” or “VB”
2. Software:-Turbo C++ or Visual Basic 6.0.

7. Presentation in Power Point (7th November 2007)

1. Topic will be given during the time of competition
2. Clips will be provided

8. Movie in Flash (7th November 2007)
No. of Participants:-2
Eligibility: VIII above

1. Topic will be given during the time of competition
2. Movie should not be of more than 1minutes otherwise student will be disqualified.

NOTE:
Participants should make sure that they do not participate in events that are occurring at the same time. If time left surprise event will also be organized.
